The live conversation is the big chunk, usually 45 to 60 minutes a fortnight. Larry hands you the brief beforehand so prep is small (15 to 20 minutes). On LivePod For Youwe handle every piece of the post-production and repurposing, so you're essentially just turning up live and going about your week.
On LivePod With Youyou're learning to run it yourself, so add a couple of hours a week during the build phase. After the build, it settles to roughly the same time as a single live conversation plus light editing.
