LivePod — Cordelia Kate
// THE LIVEPOD SYSTEM

A live show that books the room.

LivePod is a system, not just a strategy. One bold on-air conversation a fortnight, plus the whole back-end that runs the show and repurposes it. No funnels, no DMs at 11pm, no scripts.

// WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES

One show. Three jobs. All running at once.

Most "podcast strategy" is just the recording bit. LivePod is the methodology, the research engine, and the repurposing system. Three jobs your show needs to do, set up to run together.

// 01

Research the right thing.

Before you ever hit go-live, we know what your room actually wants. Not guesswork.

  • Topic mapping against your offer
  • What's already working in your space
  • Hooks that earn the click
// 02

Show up live.

One bold conversation a fortnight. Real audience. Real questions. Pre-selling the room without ever being salesy.

  • Show format + cadence
  • Live studio setup
  • Guest pipeline (when you want one)
// 03

Repurpose everywhere.

One show becomes ten pieces of content. Episodes, clips, posts, the newsletter, the blog. Done in the build, not afterwards.

  • YouTube + Apple + Spotify
  • Shorts + reels + LinkedIn
  • Newsletter + blog assets
// MEET THE RESEARCH ENGINE

Say hello to LivePod Larry.

Larry is the bit nobody else has. An external version of your brain — trained on your offer, your voice, and what you sell — that researches what your show should be about next. You walk in. You do the conversation. The show practically writes itself.

  • Scans your niche on YouTube, weekly
  • Spots the topics moving — and why
  • Maps them against your offer + audience
  • Hands you the next episode brief
  • Stops you ever staring at a blank doc on a Sunday night

// WHY THIS ISN'T A PODCAST COURSE

It's a system, not a strategy you have to run yourself.

Courses tell you what to do. Podcasts give you a recording. LivePod is the methodology and the software that runs it.

PODCASTS + COURSES

Theory you have to act on.

  • Recording lives on its own — no built-in repurposing
  • You write every episode from scratch
  • You guess what your audience wants this week
  • You hire (or become) the editor, the writer, the strategist
  • The course ends. The system doesn't exist.
LIVEPOD

A system, running.

  • Research, show, and repurposing already wired together
  • Larry hands you the next episode brief
  • The format pre-sells the room — bookings, not just listeners
  • One conversation feeds ten pieces of content
  • You finish with a show running, not a folder of notes
// TWO WAYS TO GET A LIVEPOD

Build it with me. Or have me build it for you.

Same system either way. The difference is how much you want to be in the room while it's getting built.

// Six weeks
// LIVEPOD WITH YOU

Build your show with me, in six weeks.

A six-week programme. We meet weekly. You build the show, train Larry, set up the research engine, the promo system, the whole back-end. By week six you're live with your first episode.

For: business owners who want to learn the system + build it themselves.
  • Weekly live sessions, recorded
  • Your own LivePod Larry, trained
  • Studio + show template, set up
  • Promo + repurposing systems, wired in
  • Launch episode, live by week six
// Done for you
// LIVEPOD FOR YOU

Show up like a celebrity. We do the rest.

We design and concept the show with you, brand the graphics, train Larry on your voice and offer, set up the tech, build the promo and delivery systems, and produce the episodes.

For: business owners who want the result without spending loads of time.
  • Show concept + branding, done for you
  • Larry, trained and tuned to your business
  • Tech + studio setup, handled
  • Human-edited episodes weekly (YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Amazon)
  • Clips, promo assets, content pipeline that doesn't stop
// ASKED A LOT

Questions people send first.

+Is LivePod just a podcast?

No — and this is the thing most people miss. A podcast is the recording. LivePod is the system around the recording. The research engine (Larry) feeds you topics, the show format pre-sells the room while you talk, and the back-end repurposes one conversation into ten pieces of content. The recording is one beat in a much bigger machine.

+Do I have to be good on camera?

You have to be willing to be on camera. Good is what we build. The format is conversation-shaped, not performance-shaped — which means you sound like yourself on a coffee call, not someone hosting a TV show. The clients we've worked with who hated being on camera at week one are usually the ones who can't stop by month three.

+How much of my time does it take?

The live conversation is the big chunk — usually 45–60 minutes a fortnight. Larry hands you the brief beforehand so prep is small (15–20 minutes). On LivePod For You we handle every piece of the post-production and repurposing, so you're essentially just turning up live and going about your week.

On LivePod With You you're learning to run it yourself, so add a couple of hours a week during the build phase. After the build, it settles to roughly the same time as a single live conversation plus light editing.

+What does "books the room" actually mean?

It means the show is the sales conversation. When you talk through a real problem on-air with the kind of depth most people only get on a paid call, the right people in your audience self-identify and book — without you ever pitching. The bookings show up in your inbox the morning after, not at the end of a funnel three months later.

+What tech do I need?

Less than you think. A decent camera (phones work), a basic mic, a quiet-ish corner. We set up the rest — streaming software, the studio template, the back-end automations, Larry himself. If you're on the For You route, we handle absolutely everything tech-shaped.

+How is this priced?

Two routes, two different shapes of investment. Rather than dump numbers on a sales page, I price each one inside a Live Show Chat — once I know your show, your offer, and which route fits, the answer is honest, not a starting figure. The chat is a no-pitch 30 minutes; you'll leave knowing exactly what it costs and whether it's right for you.

+What's a Live Show Chat?

Thirty minutes, just us. I ask about your business and your audience, we work out whether a live show would actually move your numbers, and I tell you which of the two routes fits — or whether neither does. You leave with a clear answer either way. Book one whenever, no commitment.

Right then. Shall we chat?

Thirty minutes, just us. We work out which route fits — and whether your show has legs.
